Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its fast‑paced, collaborative recruitment team. You will partner closely with hiring leaders across multiple business functions to attract and secure top talent for a range of technology and professional services roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality, passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, shortlisting, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity within ATS systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Agency or in‑house recruitment background welcomed.
• Recruiting experience within Technology, Corporate, Transformation, or Professional Services environments is highly regarded.
