System Administrator / Engineer – Defence Clearance (NV2/TSPV)

About the role

Kinexus is recruiting experienced Windows and Linux system administrators and engineers for permanent positions across Sydney and Canberra. All roles support Defence‑related projects and require an active NV2 or TSPV security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Windows or Linux server environments.
• Design, implement and support secure cloud and defence technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability of critical services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver software and infrastructure projects.
• Document configurations, procedures and compliance artefacts.

Required profile

• Current NV2 or TSPV clearance (active or reinstatable).
• Proven experience in Windows or Linux system administration.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sydney or Canberra.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
