Support Technician – Hybrid Onsite/Service Desk

About the role

First Focus is looking for a versatile Support Technician to join a fast‑growing MSP team. You will work across desktop, server, firewall and cloud environments while enjoying a hybrid mix of desk‑based support and on‑site missions.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve tickets covering Microsoft AD, Azure, M365 and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls and network issues.
• Support cloud platforms such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix and AWS.
• Participate in project deployments and on‑site visits as needed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain clean and efficient environments.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Active Directory (Azure and on‑prem) and end‑user support.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Exchange and cloud platforms.
• Experience with ticketing systems and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for problem solving.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle for on‑site work.
