Supply Chain Lead – Brisbane CBD (Mon‑Fri)

About the role

Based in the Brisbane CBD office and reporting directly to the CEO, the Supply Chain Lead will shape and optimise GR Production Services' end‑to‑end supply chain, procurement and logistics functions. The role supports current operations and future growth across the energy and resources sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant and efficient supply chain and logistics practices.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, contract management frameworks and supply‑chain plans.
• Establish and manage key vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring and compliance.
• Oversee logistics, inventory optimisation, expediting and asset fleet management.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement systems, reporting and operational processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for the function.
• Support operational teams through effective planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Audit and review supply‑chain effectiveness to ensure governance and compliance.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Chain of Responsibility certification.
• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics leadership.
• Significant experience in the oil and gas or hydrocarbons sector (on‑shore/off‑shore).
• Strong commercial, contract negotiation and vendor‑management expertise.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting and business planning.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with strong analytical capability.
• Executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
