Striker – Field Sales Representative (South-East Melbourne)

About the role

Red Bull is seeking a motivated Striker (Field Sales Representative) to take full ownership of a South‑East Melbourne territory. You will be responsible for driving distribution, availability and in‑store presence of Red Bull across corporate, independent retail and convenience channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined geographical patch and achieve key sales targets and metrics.
• Develop and nurture relationships with third‑party partners, retailers and key accounts.
• Execute regular visits to allocated accounts, increasing distribution width and depth.
• Implement Perfect Store standards, securing cold‑can and cashier placements.
• Plan and execute promotional displays during key periods.
• Identify and convert new business leads in non‑traditional channels.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience; FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and commercial awareness.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid full driver’s licence.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
