Store Manager – Northland

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead a retail store, driving sales and profit while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will build and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring compliance with H&M standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse store sales and profit KPIs regularly and implement actions to maximise results.
• Lead the Hello Member program in line with country goals.
• Maintain store execution standards using the Customer Audit Tool.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development and succession planning for the store team.
• Conduct performance reviews, set development plans and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Implement Store Operations Best Practices according to the Area plan.

Required skills
