About the role
The Store Director leads the Sydney boutique of Saint Laurent, overseeing all aspects of daily operations and delivering an elevated luxury experience for clients. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to regional leadership and is responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and upholding the brand’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Direct overall store operations, including sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory control, and brand compliance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing, inclusive team.
- Analyse business results, create action plans, and meet commercial objectives.
- Partner with regional and corporate teams on initiatives and key projects.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective processes and policy compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in store management and retail leadership.
- Strong background in sales, KPI management, business analysis, and action planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury clienteling and delivering exceptional in‑store experiences.
- Experience training, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion or premium retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Post‑secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
