S&S Banking Consultant – Part‑time (21.5 hrs/week)

About the role

As a S&S Banking Consultant you will join Suncorp Bank’s retail team in Kippa Ring, delivering a blend of face‑to‑face and phone‑based banking services on a part‑time permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales‑driven, customer‑obsessed service for everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and in‑store interactions, aiming for first‑call resolution and high NPS scores.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, including online account set‑up and self‑service features.
• Assist with digital onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture that meets people, customer, risk and performance objectives.
