About the role
The Software Developer – RCS Applications strengthens the link between field operations and global R&D by evolving automation solutions based on real customer needs. You will analyse field performance, resolve technical issues and deliver software improvements that boost system reliability and product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert support for RCS applications and automation systems.
- Assist with deployments, commissioning and field trials.
- Analyse field issues, perform root‑cause analysis and develop software fixes.
- Integrate automation solutions with customer systems and support technology transfer.
- Translate field insights into product and R&D enhancements.
Required profile
- Degree in Software Engineering, Automation or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Experience working with automation systems, preferably in mining or industrial environments.
Required skills
- RCS (Remote Control System) knowledge.
- Experience with autonomous mining systems.
- Industrial integration expertise.
