Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established residential volume builder to recruit Site Supervisors for multiple locations across South West Sydney, Wollongong and North West Sydney. You will oversee 15–20 home builds simultaneously, acting as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, trades and the builder’s management team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule trades to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Communicate directly with clients, addressing concerns and providing progress updates.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, taking corrective action when needed.
• Support the builder’s structured training program and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified carpenter holding a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent progress toward a builder’s licence).
• Proven experience supervising residential or project‑home builds, preferably with a major volume builder.
• Stable work history with a commitment to seeing projects through to completion.
• Ambitious, career‑driven and open to structured training and development.
• Presentable and confident when dealing directly with clients on‑site.
