Site Supervisor / Foreman – High Rise Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Foreman to lead on $200m+ high‑rise residential projects (20+ storeys) across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions. You will join a growing head‑contractor team and be responsible for delivering quality, safety and schedule outcomes on complex multi‑storey builds.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on‑site labour across all trades.
• Plan daily works, monitor progress and ensure tasks align with the programme.
• Manage site productivity, workflow and logistics including deliveries, materials and plant.
• Enforce WHS policies, conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections and pre‑start meetings.
• Report progress, issues and delays to the Site Manager and support short‑term programming.
• Assist with defect management, quality inspections and project milestones.

Required profile

• Trade background with proven supervisory/foreman experience on residential or mixed‑use high‑rise projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site operations and Australian building standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Queensland construction experience is preferred.
