Site Manager - Multi-Residential

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead multi-residential projects on the Gold Coast, from excavation through to handover. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for unit and townhouse developments.
• Coordinate trades, supervisors and foremen to maintain productivity.
• Drive programme schedules and monitor site performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations and delivery milestones.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams, stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Oversee projects from basement excavation to final handover.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering units, townhouses or multi-residential projects.
• Experience managing sites from basement stage through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of local construction processes and subcontractor networks on the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
• Valid QBCC licence and own vehicle.
