Senior Visual Designer – Remote (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are a performance‑marketing agency seeking a senior visual designer to create high‑impact social media ads for paid campaigns. Working remotely, you’ll use data‑driven insights to craft, prototype, test and iterate designs that engage audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design social ads for paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Build and maintain reusable Figma components and design systems.
• Prototype quickly, test ideas, and refine designs based on performance data.
• Collaborate on briefs and contribute original creative thinking to each project.

Required profile

• Senior‑level visual design experience, preferably in advertising or performance marketing.
• Test‑and‑learn mindset, comfortable letting results guide decisions.
• Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without compromising craft.
• Curiosity, sense of humour and genuine interest in what makes people click.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Figma, including building components and design systems.
