Senior Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead large‑scale commercial construction projects in Perth. You will oversee the full lifecycle of works ranging from civil works to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site construction activities for projects valued up to $100M, covering civil works through to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership.
• Maintain site safety standards and enforce H&S policies.
• Control on‑site resources, schedules, and quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a site supervisor or manager on commercial projects for a main contractor.
• Proven track record managing large commercial builds such as education, social housing, arts, entertainment, shopping centres, and healthcare facilities.
• Experience with civil works and full project delivery is an advantage.
• Structural site management experience is also required.
