Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal client portfolio while collaborating with internal technical specialists.
• Identify, engage and place senior‑level technical talent.
• Run end‑to‑end recruitment processes with precision and integrity.
• Build a reputation as a trusted contributor within a collaborative team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or resourcing, preferably within IT or engineering.
• Ability to navigate complex, specialist roles and challenge brief requirements.
• Strong advisory skills, influencing hiring decisions at senior level.
• Track record of creating long‑term matches that add business value.
