Senior Project Manager

About the role

Project Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Brisbane team. The role offers flexibility for remote work and involves leading complex business and technology transformation projects for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large‑scale business and technology projects from initiation through to closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, governance forums and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Produce project reporting, delivery artefacts and provide strategic oversight.
• Ensure projects meet client objectives and adhere to governance requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing complex projects and programmes.
• Proven ability to handle scope, schedule, budget, risk and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting and influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Consulting or transformational change experience is a plus.
