Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Fencing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of fencing and infrastructure projects across Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence while staying on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end delivery of fencing projects, aligning them with strategic and operational goals.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources to achieve on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.
• Uphold quality, safety and compliance standards throughout all project phases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor financial performance, optimise profitability and control costs.
• Develop and refine operational policies, procedures and best practices for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project delivery or operations management, preferably in fencing, civil or related infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with a track record of motivating high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of safety, quality and security standards.
• Financial management expertise, including budget oversight and delivering projects profitably.
