About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead its Advisors & Consulting Services Deploy practice. In this director‑level position you will partner with global clients to design, implement and scale complex payment and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch new payment products and market strategies for clients.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of large‑scale technology solutions and transformation programs.
• Strengthen client capabilities through knowledge transfer, training and change‑management support.
• Optimize client processes and management practices to achieve measurable business improvements.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑impact projects, overseeing risk, inter‑dependencies and benefit realization.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large digital enterprise programs in the financial services sector.
• Deep understanding of payments, Mastercard products and platforms.
• Formal accreditation in recognized project, program or change‑management methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives with significant organizational impact.
