Senior Event Manager – Corporate & Global

About the role

BX Agency is looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact corporate and global events. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining remote flexibility with frequent domestic and international travel to bring creative concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full event lifecycle from concept design, venue sourcing, and supplier negotiation to execution and post‑event reporting.
• Develop innovative activations that enhance delegate immersion and align with client objectives.
• Manage all logistics, including AV/production, accommodation blocks, and travel arrangements for attendees and stakeholders.
• Maintain strict budget control while maximizing client value.
• Serve as the primary operational point‑of‑contact for clients, delivering timely updates and ensuring confidence throughout the planning process.
• Travel to event sites, often internationally, to oversee on‑site delivery and ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on, end‑to‑end events management experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven ability to solve complex logistical challenges under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding remote teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event management software (EventsAir).
