Senior Designer – Men’s & Women’s Performance Sportswear

About the role

Based at our headquarters between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we are expanding our design team with multiple Senior Designers focused on high‑performance sportswear for both men’s and women’s categories. You will blend technical garment construction, performance innovation, and street‑inspired aesthetics to create apparel that moves with athletes and our community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑performance apparel from concept through production, creating detailed technical drawings (CAD) and range plans.
• Partner with raw‑material suppliers to source fabrics that meet breathability, stretch, durability, and moisture‑management criteria.
• Develop graphics, logo placements, trims, and embellishments aligned with the brand identity, delivering print‑ready artwork for various printing methods.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Creative teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets, and to ensure tech packs meet manufacturing standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance or technical sportswear design.
• Strong experience in either men’s or women’s apparel categories.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, patterns, and fabric performance.
