Senior Cybersecurity Recruiter

About the role

Wipro is expanding its Cybersecurity practice across Australia and needs a specialist recruiter who lives and breathes the cyber talent market. You will own the full hiring cycle for high‑demand security roles and act as a trusted ambassador for Wipro’s security capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Cybersecurity positions such as IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, GRC and Engineering.
• Leverage an existing cyber talent network to build high‑quality pipelines in a competitive market.
• Partner closely with Cybersecurity Practice, Delivery and Operations teams to align hiring with business demand.
• Support internal mobility and resourcing initiatives, unlocking talent across the organisation.
• Represent Wipro in the market, positioning the Cybersecurity practice with credibility and influence.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for Cybersecurity roles (essential).
• Strong, active network within the cyber talent community.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and candidates.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments; onsite/offshore exposure is a plus.
