Senior Consultant – Global Innovation

About the role

Deloitte’s Global Innovation team is seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape the firm’s future through emerging‑technology research, new business models, and innovative service designs. You will work closely with the Global Innovation Director and a distributed team across Sydney, the United States and India.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and scale innovation initiatives that influence Deloitte’s global strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end workstreams, acting as a thought partner for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry and ecosystem analyses to uncover emerging trends and white‑space opportunities.
• Support the creation and delivery of pilots, programs and pilots across priority domains such as next‑frontier technologies and future operating models.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform investment decisions and strategic priorities.
• Prepare high‑impact materials, including strategy decks, research outputs and executive briefings.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement by crafting clear narratives and discussion materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or innovation projects at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and collaborating across geographies.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level presentations and stakeholder management.
