Senior Broker Manager – Agribusiness Lending

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Broker Manager to lead the acquisition and management of agribusiness clients through accredited commercial brokers across Australia. You will shape and execute a national broker engagement strategy, ensuring strong relationships and high‑quality loan settlements for the agribusiness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client acquisition via accredited brokers in the agribusiness industry.
• Develop and implement a national broker engagement strategy with state broker managers.
• Accredit, onboard, and manage portfolios of commercial brokers.
• Maintain high broker satisfaction and internal stakeholder alignment.
• Drive broker referral rates and increase transaction volumes.
• Oversee accreditation and commission processes.
• Coach bankers on best practices for broker engagement.
• Educate brokers on ANZ’s product appetite and structuring of commercial transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing broker relationships in commercial lending or asset finance.
• Deep understanding of the agribusiness sector and its financing needs.
• Strong track record of achieving settlement targets and growing broker‑originated business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across state teams and senior internal partners.
