Senior Project Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Project Analyst within Cuscal’s Program team, you will support the delivery of a major acquisition programme that integrates another Australian payment services provider. Reporting to the Program Director and Integration Lead, you will ensure each workstream meets its strategic objectives, stays within budget and adheres to Cuscal’s governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of project work‑streams, tracking progress, risks, issues, dependencies and resources.
• Coordinate integration tasks to achieve synergy, cultural alignment and operational outcomes.
• Maintain clear executive reporting using RAG status and stakeholder communication.
• Support budget management, including synergy tracking, transition costs and forecasting.
• Review business cases, funding proposals and change requests for completeness and alignment.
• Ensure data hygiene across programme tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end project or programme analysis experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, Agile environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking.
• Experience applying Agile project management practices.
