About the role
As a Sales Consultant at Plush in Shepparton, you will use product knowledge and relationship‑building skills to help customers find comfortable, high‑quality sofas while maximising your own earnings. Your performance directly influences your commission and career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a customer experience that positions Plush as the preferred sofa retailer.
- Apply expert sales techniques to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Promote room solutions and add‑on products to increase sales value.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager on visual merchandising and pricing.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value categories such as cars, jewellery, luxury goods or travel.
- Energetic and positive attitude, especially during peak periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities to build trust with customers and colleagues.
- Openness to feedback and a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to keep sales flowing.
