Roads Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Roads Engineer to join Aurecon’s Perth team, delivering high‑quality civil infrastructure solutions across Western Australia. You will work on a variety of high‑profile projects, collaborating with senior engineers and designers to create innovative road and drainage designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex designs for roads, drainage systems and related civil infrastructure.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose effective engineering solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior professionals, engineers, designers and drafters to share knowledge and enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute actively to a high‑performing, inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably on road and drainage projects.
• Strong desire to learn, broaden technical expertise and work in a collaborative environment.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality infrastructure projects.
