Retail Training Manager

About the role

Heinemann is seeking a Retail Training Manager to join its retail operations team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure that all retail staff receive consistent, high‑quality training aligned with the company’s vision of turning travel time into valuable time.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with retail operations leadership to drive sales performance and a culture of service excellence.
• Design, deliver, and maintain retail training programs across all locations.
• Act as the primary liaison with outsourced training providers to ensure alignment with Heinemann’s standards.
• Monitor customer service feedback and collaborate with the Head of Operations to implement improvements.
• Maintain a regular on‑site presence to support stores and reinforce training outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail training or learning & development.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior operational leaders.
• Ability to analyse feedback data and translate insights into actionable training initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
