Enrolments Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

St Aloysius' College is looking for a professional, highly organised Enrolments Coordinator to support the Head of Enrolments. This part‑time position (0.8 FTE) plays a pivotal role in delivering a welcoming experience for prospective families and guiding them through the enrolment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to student orientation.
• Maintain accurate student and family records in the college database.
• Coordinate enrolment events, school tours and open days.
• Assist with communications, promotional materials and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Enrolments team and other college departments to ensure smooth processes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Alignment with the Catholic, Jesuit ethos of the college.
• Experience or understanding of school operations is preferred.
