About the role
Join Ampol’s retail team in Swansea and help deliver a smooth, friendly experience for customers. As a Team Member you will support store operations, handle transactions and keep the shop well‑stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process payments and perform cash reconciliations at the end of each shift.
- Maintain store merchandising standards and ensure shelves are stocked accurately.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks and inventory control.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards throughout the store.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and overnight shifts.
