About the role

MECCA is launching a premium 250 sqm beauty store in the Departures terminal of Sydney International Airport. We are seeking experienced retail leaders – Store Managers, Operations Managers, Floor Managers and Zone Managers – to shape an innovative, fast‑paced customer experience for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and engage store teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Mentor and provide feedback to develop team members’ skills.
• Collaborate with state and regional managers to deliver a seamless, high‑quality store experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment (small or large format).
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop large teams.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable “MECCA‑magic” moments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive, “make‑it‑happen” mindset.
