Nightfill Manager

About the role

The Nightfill Manager is responsible for the night‑fill department, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and the store presentation meets Coles standards during evening and night trading hours. This role directly impacts customer experience and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the night‑fill team to achieve sales targets, cost control and roster requirements.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and shelves are replenished accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock‑management standards.
• Promote a one‑team culture that prioritises health, safety and wellbeing.
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers during night hours.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible evening and night shifts.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced retail or similar environment.
• Direct leadership experience with a proven ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Commitment to upholding visual merchandising, food safety and compliance standards.
• Focus on team health, safety and wellbeing.
