Remote Technical Support & Integrations Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Technical Support & Integrations Manager to act as the bridge between our tech team and hotel customers. In this 6‑month contract you will ensure smooth API integrations, resolve technical issues and support our partners in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution of integration challenges and API‑related issues between RoomPriceGenie and end‑customers.
• Manage relationships with technical partners such as Property Management Systems and Channel Managers throughout onboarding, pilot and launch phases.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation to enable first‑level support.
• Uphold integration quality standards and ensure reliable connectivity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in integrations or technical support, preferably in hotel technology.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• C2 level English proficiency and availability in the Australian time zone.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Hubspot.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and XML data formats.
• Ability to read and interpret log files (JSON, XML).
• Experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
