About the role

We are looking for experienced remote recruiters to join our global collaboration platform, RecXchange. You will work from anywhere, sourcing and submitting candidates for live client vacancies and earning a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 per successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Access and review live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
• Source, screen and submit qualified candidates for active hiring processes.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
• Manage candidate communication and follow‑up until placement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency or freelance recruitment.
• Strong network of candidates across multiple sectors.
• Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
