HR Coordinator – Hospitality (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources Manager across two IHG properties – voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley and Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley. This part‑time, generalist role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development within a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for hotel teams.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and employee records.
• Ensure hotel policies, frameworks and documentation are up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate colleague training, arrange required equipment and support learning initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support for HR activities.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
