Registered Nurse – Night Duty (Permanent Part‑Time)

About the role

Lutheran Homes Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night‑duty, permanent part‑time work in Glynde, South Australia. The role offers a structured routine, opportunities to build meaningful connections with residents, and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning and leadership of the care team.
• Lead and support new resident admissions and care planning processes.
• Communicate effectively with families, allied health professionals and other care partners.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Participate actively in quality improvement and risk management activities.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience in aged care or sub‑acute care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment medical assessment and obtain NDIS worker clearance.
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations as recommended for the aged‑care sector.

Required skills

• AHPRA registration.
• Familiarity with the Lee care system or ability to learn new clinical software quickly.
