About the role
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will identify, engage and manage top talent across a variety of public‑sector and IT roles. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will help build talent pipelines, support live vacancies and contribute to successful placements in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Support consultants with market mapping and talent insights.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM/ATS.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
