Recruitment Advisor – Temporary Contract

About the role

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors to support a large‑scale transformation within a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment. These temporary positions will allow you to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of vacancies while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple high‑volume roles.
• Conduct job intake meetings and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage interview logistics.
• Prioritise and manage a broad and shifting portfolio of vacancies.
• Operate across several ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates.
• Adapt to evolving recruitment models and changing processes.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a high‑volume setting.
• Experience hiring white‑collar roles from administrative to specialised technical positions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate changing systems.
• Proactive, resilient and self‑starting attitude.
