Project Manager – Maternity Leave Contract

About the role

Massive is seeking a Project Manager on a maternity‑leave contract to join its Operations team. You will partner with strategists, designers, animators and fellow project managers to plan, execute and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects that drive safety‑focused behaviour change in high‑risk environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets across multiple initiatives.
• Forecast team capacity, identify pressure points and flex resources as needed.
• Brief designers, animators, strategists and production teams on deliverables and deadlines.
• Adjust plans when priorities shift and communicate changes clearly.
• Track project health, surface risks early and manage project administration (filing, versioning, accessibility).
• Participate in collaborator calls to understand needs and align timelines.
