Project Manager – Infrastructure Migration

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure migration initiatives in Sydney. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initiation through to successful closure, ensuring they align with the company’s digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure migration projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as charters, schedules, RAID logs, cut‑over plans and transition documentation.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, including status reporting, steering committees and change control processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for business, technical teams and senior leadership, providing timely updates on progress, risks and decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and Steering Committee reviews.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive RAID framework and proactively mitigate migration‑related risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital transformation projects.
• Deep expertise in program and project management concepts, especially for infrastructure migrations.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management and governance adherence.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑changing environment.
