Project Coordinator – BTL (APAC Content Studio)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator focused on below‑the‑line (BTL) activities to support a growing volume of work across the Australian market. The role sits within an APAC Content Studio model, linking Sydney‑based stakeholders with an offshore creative and adaptation team in the Philippines and regional teams in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BTL projects from brief intake through final delivery, tracking timelines, approvals and milestones.
• Support day‑to‑day delivery of retail, POSM, print, activation, shopper and adaptation workstreams.
• Interpret and clarify briefs to ensure offshore teams have accurate inputs.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sydney, Singapore and the Philippines teams, communicating market context and feedback.
• Maintain trackers, timelines and project documentation for visibility and organization.
• Identify risks early, flag issues and help unblock obstacles.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in project coordination, traffic management or project management within a creative, production or marketing environment.
• Experience in FMCG, luxury, lifestyle or F&B branding and marketing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BTL delivery workflows such as retail, POSM, shopper, print, activations and adaptation.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
• Clear and confident communicator with both local stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Proactive, reliable and able to keep work moving without heavy oversight.
• Legal right to work in Australia without a visa.
