Head of Loyalty & CRM

About the role

bp is looking for a senior leader to head its Loyalty & CRM function within the local Marketing Leadership team. The role will shape and deliver high‑performing loyalty and CRM programmes that drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to design, implement and optimise comprehensive loyalty and CRM programmes aligned with company goals.
• Co‑create loyalty strategies with the VP of Marketing, Networks of Excellence and regional CRM leads, ensuring global frameworks fit local market needs.
• Own end‑to‑end development, rollout and performance measurement of loyalty initiatives, with full accountability for business impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with loyalty vendors, sponsors, KOLs, affiliates and other external partners.
• Lead partner and contract negotiations and ensure operational excellence across B2C, B2B and B2B2C programmes.
• Integrate loyalty initiatives into the omni‑channel customer experience, coordinating across platforms, suppliers and touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in loyalty, CRM or customer‑centric marketing programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence internal and external partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into market‑ready programmes.
