Project Coordinator / Architectural Documenter

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Architectural Documenter to support the Project Architect in delivering documentation for architectural projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on managing design development, tender and construction phases while ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive design documentation for Design Development, Tender and Construction stages, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, authorities and consultants (structural, services, civil, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with local regulations.
• Resolve design and construction issues, provide technical guidance and ensure code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years studio experience in architecture in Australia.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience in structural and services coordination and reviewing consultant packages.
• Thorough understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards.
• Experience with multi‑residential/Class 2 or 3 buildings; seniors living industry experience is a plus.
