Principal Consultant – AI Tech Lead (Perth, Australia)

About the role

The AI Tech Lead is a senior technical delivery role responsible for leading the engineering execution of AI solutions. You will partner with the Business Engagement Lead to turn business use cases into robust technical designs and implementation plans, while providing day‑to‑day technical leadership to a remote engineering pod.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Engagement Lead to understand and translate business use cases into technical solutions.
• Define implementation plans, sprint goals and deliverables for AI projects.
• Coordinate and lead a remote engineering pod to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions.
• Make day‑to‑day technical decisions and guide development activities.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with product objectives.

• Proven senior‑level experience in delivering AI‑focused solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote engineering teams.
• Strong capability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
