Prestart Consultant – Residential Builder

About the role

Join a leading residential builder in Western Australia as a Prestart Consultant. You will guide clients through the Prestart process, ensuring smooth selections, timely project delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and finalise Prestart selection meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and administer contractual documents, addenda, and related paperwork.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support as required throughout the Prestart phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Prestart consultant.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, positive attitude and collaborative approach.
