PHP Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join an innovative AI‑agent project on a remote, contract basis. You will work closely with AI model trainers, applying your deep knowledge of PHP and Laravel to build and maintain the back‑end infrastructure that powers data‑driven training pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications using the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with AI model trainers to structure data and workflows for model training.
• Contribute to the architecture of scalable, high‑performance back‑end systems.
• Translate functional requirements into efficient, reliable code.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex back‑end issues during training cycles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote work environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while aligning with team objectives.
• Experience with version control, automated testing, and documentation.
• Background in data‑driven or AI‑related projects is a strong plus.
