Pharmacy Aide – Permanent Full‑Time (Campbelltown Hospital)

About the role

Join the dynamic pharmacy team at Campbelltown Hospital as a Pharmacy Aide. This permanent full‑time position (38 hours per week, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm) offers exposure to a broad range of hospital pharmacy services while supporting high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the efficient delivery of medications to hospital wards.
• Undertake limited medication manufacturing activities under supervision.
• Coordinate medication returns, credits and the preparation of pharmacy prepacks and resuscitation kits.
• Provide general support to pharmacy staff as directed by the Director of Pharmacy.

Required profile

• Motivated, proactive individual comfortable in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to respond productively to supervision.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical ability to perform pushing, pulling, lifting and other tasks as outlined in the Physical Demands section.
