In this pivotal role you will drive a strategic, future‑focused talent acquisition approach, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and championing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and critical positions across the group.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
• Design and optimise recruitment and onboarding workflows and systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to influence talent strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
• Elevate employer branding and champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within hospitality or a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to act as a trusted talent advisor.
• High energy, bubbly personality and passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Detail‑oriented with a tech‑savvy mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in using digital sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
