About the role
Join a leading global food and beverage ingredients provider as a Payroll Coordinator, supporting payroll services across Australia and New Zealand. Based in our Victorian office (Melbourne or Carwarp), you will work closely with the Payroll Manager to learn the full payroll lifecycle in a complex, multi‑award environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll processing for AU & NZ employees.
- Enter, validate and reconcile payroll data accurately.
- Maintain employee records, including starters, leavers and contract changes.
- Help ensure payroll compliance with awards and legislation.
- Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
- Support payroll reporting, audits and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and payroll projects.
Required profile
- Early in your payroll career and eager to grow.
- Interest in working within a complex, multi‑award environment.
- Motivated to develop into a payroll specialist or manager.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
- Clear communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.
