Tapes To Digital is seeking reliable individuals to join our growing team as part‑time Remote Tech Specialists. This role is designed for professionals who already work remotely or in a hybrid setting and are looking for a flexible side‑income opportunity while helping families preserve their memories.

Key responsibilities

• Convert analog media such as VHS tapes, cassettes, photos, and film reels into digital formats using company‑provided equipment.
• Occasionally assist with local customer drop‑offs and pickups.
• Manage your own schedule to fit around existing full‑time work commitments.
• Operate from a home workspace equipped with the supplied tools.

Required profile

• Currently employed full‑time in a remote or hybrid role, working from home at least 2–3 days per week.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in any environment.
• Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Dedicated desk or workspace at home for the equipment.
• Hold an ABN or be willing to obtain one.
