Paid Social Media Specialist

About the role

Scale Digital is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to join its Melbourne team. You will lead paid social campaigns for high‑value eCommerce, SaaS and B2B clients, working closely with creative and account teams to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms.
• Meet performance targets and manage budgets in line with client KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad assets and testing plans.
• Maintain regular client communication, reporting and performance reviews.
• Contribute to the evolution of campaign frameworks and internal best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in paid social advertising.
• Proven ability to scale accounts and deliver clear ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional, accountable and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment.
